JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Parts and Rental Specialist (Whitehall, WI)

Direct Supervisor: Branch Manager

Summary of Position:

Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking out an individual with a positive and determined attitude who wants to support and maintain our increasing dynamic customer base!

Komro Sales & Services, Inc. is a privately owned company serving the Dairy and Agricultural Industry since 1960. We provide our customers with facility design and construction services which includes sales and service for irrigation; grain handling; manure handling; and constructing high tech manure separation systems nationwide. In addition, we handle a broad line of manure handling, feed handling, & skid steer equipment. Komro Sales is constantly developing manpower to support, with innovation, our growing customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service for all customer interaction (over the counter or phone)

  • Assist the customers with renting, selling, billing, receiving and delivery of required parts and equipment offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction

  • Inspect and document rental inventory. Communicate with shop and sales on inventory availability

  • Communicate with customers and their insurance companies prior to renting equipment to ensure proper insurance coverage.

  • Assist with sales of parts to establish competitive pricing and maintain sufficient profitability

  • Assist with parts orders to fulfill the demands of customers as well as inventory stock.

  • Maintain general organization of inventory, office supplies, counter, and assist with yard inventory organization

  • Inspect incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders

  • Arrange and complete packing and shipping services for long distance customers.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or parts counter experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Understanding of general mechanical/technical terms

  • Strong work ethic

  • Skilled in math and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, internet searches, website browsing, and Google Docs)

  • Detail oriented, neat & organized (process flow, documentation, warranties, returns)

  • Independent & confident with an eagerness to learn

  • Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time
